Hi, I'm Ashley, the owner of Aspire Myo: Lactation and Myofunctional Therapy. I specialize in orofacial myofunctional therapy and lactation services and I aspire to build a network of like-minded airway focused service providers & practitioners so that, together, we can help our clients and patients reach their maximum overall wellness. I believe that every person has the right to optimal health and well-being and I value a collaborative approach to every client, because all body systems are connected and one cannot achieve optimal overall well-being until all body systems are addressed and I can't do that alone.

Together we can provide a service to our clients and patients and give them a network of professionals who are aligned with the same goal in mind ~ Maximum wellness, health and quality of life through collaborative care by inspiring each other through education, service, and advocacy.

I want to work collaboratively with providers such as doctors, midwifes, doulas, dentists, ENTs, SLPs, orthodontists, allergists, registered dietitians, chiropractors, physical & occupational therapists, kinesiologists, sleep specialists, and more. The list is endless because we all have knowledge that is necessary to treat each individual holistically.
